The programs take place at three different locations. Washington Irving’s Sunnyside hosts programs for children in kindergarten through 11th grade, including “A Cottage on the Hudson” and a seasonal program called “Legend Days.” Programming at Philipsburg Manor begins at the first-grade level, and the short-term “Discover Pinkster” special event planned for May 2015 will accommodate students through 12th grade. At Van Cortlandt Manor, programs include “Through Young Eyes: 18th-Century Community,” serving students in kindergarten through second grade, and “Reflections of Everyday Life” and “Crafts and Tasks,” for students in grades three through seven.
